Slow down and enjoy sketching luscious Languedoc countryside and villages whilst cruising the beautiful Canal du Midi.  Starting from the pretty port of Le Somail and aboard the wide beam cruiser ‘Bordeaux’ you will be hosted by Emily who will captain the boat as we slowly cruise this picturesque and historic landscape.

Once we have chosen a spot to moor the boat, Emily will lead a guided meditation aimed at connecting you to nature and putting you firmly in the present moment. You will allow yourselves to put aside any worries or stress to allow your creative side to fully open.

This glorious day to remember is designed for a small group, so it’s ideal for anyone new to sketching plus those who already have some experience.

The workshop will be filled with useful drawing tips and how to add watercolour to your sketches. You’ll enjoy delicious fresh locally sourced food and wonderful views of this very special part of southern France.
