A Canal du Midi Sketch Cruise is a truly unique experience. Combine the joy of developing your observational and sketching skills whilst cruising the peaceful waterways of the stunning Canal du Midi. We will be the only passengers aboard and from our sketching viewpoint on the canal we have a totally different perspective on the surroundings which are full of interesting shapes, colour and light.
This very leisurely journey gives us the opportunity to discover and capture some hidden gems of this amazing feat of engineering, also a UNESCO world heritage site. This day is not just memorable for sketchers, non-sketching partners and photographers will love it too!
The day includes sketch tuition and refreshments. Lunch is arranged on the boat or at a canalside restaurant.

Note: There is a step-up onto the deck so a reasonable level of physical mobility, sun protection, loose-fitting clothing and flat comfortable shoes with rubber or good grip soles are advised.
