Having admired Annette’s work for sometime, I approached her to commission a special present for my husband recently. I had a specific scene in mind and WOW!!!! We honestly could not be happier with the finished painting – Annette brought the scene to life and it will become part of our home, a truly original gift to be cherised. My husband and I had already bought four of Annette’s sketches before we attended an exhibition of hers in last January. We were completely blown away by all her work and bought two more. If we had more wall space available we would have loved to buy more and had real trouble deciding which two would make the cut! They bring us a great deal of pleasure and we are so glad that we were able to pick them up before the current lockdown.

I asked Annette to paint a picture of my furry friend, Miette. The process was very simple. I sent her a few photos, but she also wanted to know a bit about my cat to get a feel for her, which came across in the painting. What she produced was truly delightful, and I have enjoyed showing it to friends.
