If you’d love to sketch on location but not sure where to start – this fun workshop in Carcassonne is for you!

Whether you have never sketched before or would like a fresh approach to watercolour painting, in this workshop we’ll work through some essentials of composition and visual storytelling to capture quick impressions of the things that we see. You’ll also pick up a host of tips on materials and get some other ideas on taking your sketching further.

You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.

We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil, basic watercolour kit, brush and water pot.
