This workshop offers you the chance to learn some of the basic skills of sketching, in one of France’s most vibrant cities!    We’ll be exploring life in Montpellier through our sketches, learning a whole pack of tips and tricks about drawing on location, materials, perspective, colour, and of course, enjoying a great day out!

Ideal for beginners or a great refresher if you’ve already got some drawing or painting experience.

You will need a sketchbook (A4 or A5) with min 170gsm paper, a pencil, black waterproof fineliner pens and a basic watercolour set, brush and water pot.  A small portable folding stool is suggested.

Materials can be provided on loan if required. 

Workshop times 10am – 4pm including a short break for lunch (excluded from the workshop fee)
