You don’t need previous art experience to enjoy this workshop – just an interest in sketching and developing your powers of observation!

Workshop starts 10am with a quick warm up sketch over coffee.  We’ll look at capturing classic features of the town and techniques for sketching in ink and watercolour.

You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.

We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil and watercolour.

A sketch kit can be provided on loan if you do not have your own
