At this time of year it’s ‘les vendanges’ – the grape harvest, and in this workshop we’ll be looking at sketching a view of a local vineyard. You’ll learn some basic sketching skills and all sorts of tips and tricks for using watercolour in your drawings.  You do not need previous artistic experience to join, just an interest in sketching and a willingness to ‘loosen up’ your painting style!

Workshop starts 9.30am with a quick warm up sketch over coffee.

You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.

We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil, basic watercolour kit, brush and water pot.
