My husband and I had already bought four of Annette’s sketches before we attended an exhibition of hers in last January. We were completely blown away by all her work and bought two more. If we had more wall space available we would have loved to buy more and had real trouble deciding which two would make the cut! I asked Annette to paint a picture of my furry friend, Miette. The process was very simple. I sent her a few photos, but she also wanted to know a bit about my cat to get a feel for her, which came across in the painting.
