DESCRIPTION:  \n“5 villages 5 days”\nInternational USk instructor and British artist Ian Fennelly will be in Languedoc\, ‘the real south of France’\, 27 September through to 1 October 2021. \nIn that time there will be 5 workshops in 5 days in 5 locations (+ a bonus demo on 26 September 16h00-18h00).\nEach workshop takes place 10am – 1pm followed by a demo in the afternoon where Ian will finish his morning sketch and you are welcome to complete your own if you wish.\nThe cost per person is £60 per day payable in advance. This excludes any meals\, refreshments or transport. \nFor this workshop holiday Ian will be based in Bize-Minervois. SUMMARY:French café sketchbook
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to sketch a classic French café scene in the charming village of Bize-Minervois. \nYou don’t need previous art experience to take part – step-by-step you will learn how to plan your pages and simple ways to work with ink and watercolour on location. \nWorkshop starts 9.30am. \nYou will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own. \nWe will also use a black waterproof ink pen\, HB pencil\, basic watercolour kit\, brush and water pot. \nA portable folding stool is also recommended.
