We join Heather and David for the day in their fabulous cookery school on the banks of the Canal du Midi. It’s a delightful farm setting with local produce all around in abundance.

Our day will start with an important introduction to sketching and how we’ll be capturing the memories of our day. Guided by Heather, we’ll then create some traditional Mediterranean dishes using seasonal and colourful ingredients, all locally sourced.

Our day will incorporate sketching, chopping, tasting, slicing, baking, painting, eating and drinking – all accompanied with a generous side-serving of good fun!

Ideal for a group of friends, a birthday treat or to make your own visit to the area extra memorable.
