Fun workshops in the great Cass Art Studio space for anyone who would like to get started with urban sketching, or lacks the confidence to start sketching, drawing and using watercolour at home.<\/p>\n
If you are new to sketching or lack confidence in your ability to draw, this short fun workshop is for you!
\nLearn how to capture the essence of a scene in a short space of time, and with minimal materials.<\/p>\n
You will need a sketchbook (A5 or A4) with paper suitable for watercolour (160gsm+), a pencil (HB or 2B), eraser, fineliner pen with waterproof ink and a basic travel watercolour set with brush or waterbrush.<\/p>\n
In this workshop you’ll explore use of colour in sketching so take a deep breath and make some big brave bold brushstrokes!\u00a0 We’ll have a great time mixing colour and exploring ways to make your sketches more vibrant.<\/p>\n
You will need a sketchbook (A5 or A4) with paper suitable for watercolour (160gsm+), a pencil (HB or 2B), eraser and a basic travel watercolour set with round brush size 8 or similar.<\/p>\n
