Even if you are unable to join the Zoom the video from the workshop is recorded and will be available after the event to anyone pre-registered in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Each Zoom workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes-2 hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>January programme (all times shown are Paris CET (GMT+1))\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tues 2: 2pm \u2013\u00a0<strong>Pause Caf\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a classic view inside a French caf\u00e9 captured in ink and watercolour<\/li>\n<li>Tues 9: 10am \u2013\u00a0<strong>Paint first draw later\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 learn more about watercolour choices and have fun with looser inkwork sketching a scene from Paris !<\/li>\n<li>Tues 9: 6pm \u2013\u00a0<strong>Old stone houses\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 see ways to illustrate texture in a line and watercolour sketch of an old French building full of character<\/li>\n<li>Tues 16: 2pm \u2013\u00a0<strong>Flamenco!\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 combine watercolour &amp; watercolour pencils to capture movement and the human form in perspective<\/li>\n<li>Tues 23: 10am \u2013\u00a0<strong>En route<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 capture the tree-lined roads of rural France with line and watercolour washes<\/li>\n<li>Tues 23: 6pm \u2013\u00a0<strong>Terrific Trees<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 learn ways to include foliage in your sketches in a landscape watercolour sketch<\/li>\n<li>Tues 30: 2pm \u2013\u00a0<strong>La Cascade\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 paint the effect of tumbling water in a beautiful watercolour scene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basic materials suggested:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paper suitable for watercolour (300gsm or higher)<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Pencil<\/li>\n<li>Watercolour pencils<\/li>\n<li>Waterproof ink pens\/fineliners<\/li>\n<li>Watercolours<\/li>\n<li>White gouache<\/li>\n<li>Masking fluid (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Hairdryer (recommended)<\/li>\n<li>Jar of water, tissue\/paper towel, scrap paper, small water spray<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Limited participants for a small group setting<\/li>\n<li>Direct, live interaction with the artist<\/li>\n<li>Step by Step instruction<\/li>\n<li>Time to complete each step in real-time<\/li>\n<li>Recording available to watch on replay<\/li>\n<li>Appearing on camera or voice is not necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3-5 days after the live session, you will get a link to the recording.
