In July I was contacted by a writer for ‘La D\u00e9p\u00eache’ who was compiling an article listing art courses and workshops available across the region.\u00a0 A few phone calls later and we found ourselves chatting by the Canal du Midi not far from Quarante.\u00a0 Specifically, she had selected one artist for each departement<\/em> within Occitanie, so I felt thrilled and very flattered to be included.\u00a0 I explained a little more about the workshop programme but also my role as an Urban Sketchers volunteer.\u00a0 It was an extremely windy day but she took a few photos and you can see the final article here:<\/p>\n
