Join me for a wander through the pretty medieval village of Quarante to capture the essence of daily French life in your sketchbook.

You don’t need previous art experience to join this fun workshop – just an interest in sketching and developing your powers of observation!  We’ll look at page planning, buildings, colours and how to work with ink and watercolour on location.

Workshop starts 9am with a quick warm up sketch over coffee.

You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher – which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.

We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil, basic watercolour kit, brush and water pot.
A sketch kit can be provided on loan if you do not have your own.
